Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and operate 3 and 5 axis CNC machines for precise machining tasks.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools to verify the accuracy of machined components.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain production quality.
  • Evaluate finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CNC machining.
  • Expertise in operating CNC lathes and mills.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining concepts.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T symbols.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and their applications.
  • Basic mathematical skills for accurate calculations and measurements.
  • Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
  • Experience with Haas and Hurco machinery is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
