Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the backbone of our operations, responsible for delivering packages to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

SHIFT YOUR TEAM

As a Casual Package Delivery Driver, you will be part of a dynamic team that works together to ensure the smooth delivery of packages. You will be responsible for:

  • Lifting up to 70 lbs. of packages
  • Validating driver's license—no CDL required (License type varies by state)
  • Passing the DOT physical
  • Providing excellent customer service and driving skills
  • Complying with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform

Full-time UPS employees work eight to ten hours per day and workdays can vary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday) depending on the business needs.

This is a seasonal role, but it can lead to a permanent position with even more benefits and advantages. Permanent, full-time small package delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
