- Backlog Management: Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity for development teams regarding tasks and priorities.
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Craft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to steer the development process effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main liaison between stakeholders and development teams, providing regular updates on project progress and any changes.
- Sprint Planning and Review: Engage in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to guarantee the successful delivery of product increments.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess product performance and user feedback to facilitate continuous improvement and enhancement of product offerings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all product developments adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Experience: 8-9 years in a Product Owner role or similar, ideally within the healthcare domain.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
Skills- In-depth understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven capacity to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations.
Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
