A-Team Dental Staffing L.L.C is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Examination and Treatment: Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.
- Dental Procedures: Perform routine cleanings, extractions, dental fillings, cavity, and tooth decay treatments, teeth whitening, bonding, and applications of dental crowns, caps, and veneers, implants, root canal therapy, etc.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on good oral hygiene practices and advise them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Develop suitable treatment plans for patients, keep accurate records of appointments, diagnoses, and treatments, and oversee the work of technical and administrative staff.
- Education: Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
- Licensure: State license to practice dentistry.
- Certifications: CPR certification.
- Experience: Proven experience working in a dental practice.
- Skills: Ability to use various dental instruments and equipment, ability to remain calm in stressful situations, ability to work in a team, good hand-eye coordination, excellent communication skills, and helpful and polite demeanor.
- Software and Equipment: Familiarity with Practice Web, Open Dental, Dexis Software, Sybron Root Canal System, and Scotchbond.
3-4 days per week, 9:00am-6:00pm.
