Medical Sales Representative

At Elara Caring, we have a unique opportunity to play a significant role in the growth of the home care industry. We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care and outcomes to our patients and their families.
About This Role:
This is an outside sales position that requires frequent travel to visit healthcare professionals and build relationships. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, growing existing relationships, and developing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your designated territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote our services and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Post-acute or DME sales experience preferred
- Current hospice book of business strongly preferred
- Hospice sales experience strongly preferred
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as with teams
- Proven sales acumen with proven results
- Skilled in problem-solving, providing solutions to meet patient and business needs
- Demonstrates a high confidence level to interact with healthcare professionals at all levels
- Competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives
- Demonstrates adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate while working with others or in place of others
