About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Additional Care Assistant to join our team at Spectrum Industries. As an Additional Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting care and activation measures for residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Organizing and designing group and individual activities, fostering a sense of community and social interaction
  • Supporting and accompanying joint activities, ensuring residents' needs are met and their dignity is respected
  • Documenting activities, maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall quality of care
Requirements
  • Qualification as a caregiver according to § 43b SGB XI, demonstrating a strong foundation in elderly care
  • Enjoyment in working with elderly people, showcasing empathy and understanding
  • Communication and teamwork skills, commitment to delivering exceptional care
