We're hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team, who will work with children under age 3, providing in-home therapy. This position offers flexibility in hours/scheduling and the opportunity to build your caseload accordingly. SLPs will have the flexibility to create their own schedule with the families they work with, paid drive time and mileage, and a salary up to $65 per billable hour, plus benefits.
Job Description:
- Provide one-on-one intervention with children and their families
- Administer developmental assessments and write reports within designated timelines
- Model effective adult-child interactions and provide written information on parenting and child development, as needed
- Monitor, document, and share the child's progress with the family, management, and Service Coordinator
- Maintain personal calendar, meet timelines, complete tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences
- California Speech-language pathologist license
- Pass complete Livescan fingerprinting and background check procedure
