Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and support youth in our program, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  2. Work collaboratively with other staff members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  3. Participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities designed to promote positive behavior and skill development.


What We Offer:
  • $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Eligibility for health insurance and paid time off after 90 days.

How to Qualify: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years old, and pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. We also prefer candidates with experience working with at-risk youth and a strong desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
