Overview

Select Specialty Hospital is committed to providing exceptional patient care and promoting healing and recovery in a compassionate environment.

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team, responsible for assisting with survey activities, monthly interdisciplinary QAPI team meetings, and quality improvement reports.

The ideal candidate will have a valid professional clinical license, at least two years of clinical experience in LTACH or short-term acute care, and previous experience with quality improvement, risk management, or survey readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with survey activities to ensure accreditation, certification, and licensure.
  • Participate in monthly interdisciplinary QAPI team meetings.
  • Review and analyze quarterly quality improvement reports.
  • Support the Medical Director and Quality Program Director with quality improvement activities.
  • Perform safety and EOC duties.
  • Conduct monthly safety rounds and quality control surveillance.
  • Complete quality-related data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Assist with employee training and education.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and have a strong understanding of patient needs.

Minimum requirements include a valid professional clinical license and at least two years of clinical experience in LTACH or short-term acute care.

Preferred qualifications include RN licensure, previous experience with quality improvement, risk management, or survey readiness, and a strong understanding of patient-centered care.
