DaVita is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at our Mankato Uptown Dialysis Clinic in North Mankato, MN. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Job Summary

The Administrative Support Professional will provide administrative support to our clinic team, including processing admission requests, admitting and discharging patients, and documenting appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process admission requests and follow up with hospitals to ensure we have all required documents to accept patients
  • Admit and discharge patients in our computer system
  • Document appointments and follow up with offices to receive appointment notes
  • Order office supplies
  • Filing and maintaining organized records
  • Prioritize tasks throughout the day/week and communicate effectively with the team
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited certification program
  • Excellent computer and clerical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a related administrative position and/or medical setting preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities.
