We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Quality and Risk Management to join our team at Aspirus Health. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient safety and clinical risk management programs across our system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of patient safety and clinical risk management programs.
- Identify and mitigate clinical risks through the development and implementation of risk reduction strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote patient safety and enhance quality care.
- Develop and implement educational programs to promote clinical risk management and patient safety.
- Ensure compliance with clinical risk management related standards established by accrediting and regulatory agencies.
- Supervise Managers of Risk and Patient Safety and provide guidance and oversight to ensure effective program implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Training in patient safety, High Reliability, and performance improvement methodology.
- CPHRM or ARM certification desirable.
- Minimum of five years' experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
