Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a special education classroom setting.

As an RBT, you will provide essential one-on-one support to students with diverse learning and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide one-on-one support to students in a special education classroom.
  • Collect data on student behavior and progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to ensure consistency and continuity in implementing behavioral strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and revision of behavior intervention plans.
Qualifications:
  • Must hold an active RBT certification or be a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BcABA).
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • A passion for supporting the educational and behavioral needs of students with special needs.
