TJ Maxx Backroom Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backroom Associate to join our TJ Maxx team. As a Backroom Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the sales floor and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Maintain and uphold merchandising procedures and standards, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized sales floor.
  • Participate in the maintenance and cleanliness of the entire store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom areas.
  • Collaborate with the sales floor team to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in inventory management.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
