We are seeking a skilled Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Mercy Hospital Ada. As a CRT, you will provide direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care, according to physician's orders.
Key Responsibilities- Perform direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care, according to physician's orders.
- Consult with physicians on the effectiveness of therapy.
- Act as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care.
- Perform duties as assigned.
- Education: Must be a graduate from an approved School for Respiratory Care.
- Licensure: Meets state requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
- Experience: Must have one year of experience, not to include time on orientation.
- Certification: Hold the Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential awarded by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). ACLS is required. For coworkers working in the Emergency room, PALS is required.
- Preferred Experience: Prefer critical care experience.
- Competitive hourly rate of $30/hour.
- Variable shift incentives.
- Flexibility in day/night and number of hours worked.
- No weekend, holiday, or shift requirement.
