We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Internal Medicine team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families in routine nursing situations under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed provider. This includes assisting physicians and registered nurses in the comfort, care, and treatment of patients, as well as observing and recording patients' conditions and progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families in routine nursing situations.
  • Assist physicians and registered nurses in the comfort, care, and treatment of patients.
  • Observe and record patients' conditions and progress.
  • Conduct daily inventory of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain exam/treatment rooms per infection control policies and standard clinic protocols.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
  • Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Georgia.
  • Current BLS certification required.
