Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients, implementing ABA services under the guidance of a Supervisor/BCBA. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct implementation of ABA services, ensuring high-quality care and support for our clients.
  • Collect data on client goals, as outlined in the treatment plan, to inform and adjust interventions.
  • Work in various settings, including home, community, school, clinic, or other assigned locations, to provide flexible and effective support.
  • Assist caregivers with training and support, as needed, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Submit accurate and timely timecards and clinical notes, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all ethical standards related to ABA service delivery and company policies.
  • Participate in new hire training, providing valuable insights and support to new team members.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Access to reliable transportation for client visits.
