Teacher and Caregiver

The Learning Experience #308 is a leading provider of early childhood education and care. Our centers offer a nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development in children from birth to six years old.

We are seeking a qualified teacher and caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Teaching and Curriculum:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.

Caregiving and Support:

• Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.

Communication:

• Maintain open and regular communication with parents through daily reports, parent-teacher conferences, and other means.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality care and education.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
