Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary:

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for examining, treating, and advising patients on physical and mental health. You will also be responsible for prescribing pharmaceuticals, performing minor procedures, and communicating with specialists and/or referral entities.

Responsibilities:
  • Examine and treat patients, providing accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary.
  • Perform minor procedures, such as vaccinations and suturing.
  • Communicate with specialists and/or referral entities to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document patient records accurately and thoroughly.
  • Participate in team huddles to review patient schedules and discuss patient care.
  • Contribute to process and quality improvement workflows.
  • Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
  • Attend required meetings and in-services, and participate in committees as requested.
Qualifications:
  • Active and unrestricted license in Oregon.
  • NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program.
  • 2+ years of Primary Care experience.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word).
  • Experience and proficiency using Electronic Health Records.
  • Credentialed by one of the following: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda, or Providence; and also Medicare credentialed.
