As a Customer Service Representative I, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to address all customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer interactions via phone, addressing inquiries related to service issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Communicate laboratory results to clients following established protocols to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document any relevant information in the client’s file.
- Engage with clients to resolve routine matters associated with testing and result reporting.
- Adhere to established procedures for addressing client concerns and inquiries.
- Perform additional tasks as necessary to fulfill customer requirements.
- Recognize the significance of Quality Service and understand the metrics used to measure it.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
- Basic typing and computer skills are essential.
- Previous experience in data entry and customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
- A background in medical or clinical laboratory settings is preferred.
Special Requirements:
- One to two years of additional training in a medical or call center environment is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate clearly in English.
- Capability to handle stressful situations and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operating basic office equipment.
