Qualifications:

Special Requirements:

  • One to two years of additional training in a medical or call center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate clearly in English.
  • Capability to handle stressful situations and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in operating basic office equipment.
