Unit Information

The Main Operating Room features 14 state-of-the-art operating rooms, including 2 endovascular rooms, 2 open heart rooms, 1 cysto room, 1 da Vinci robot room, and 1 pediatric room. Our services include general surgery, ENT, urology, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, podiatry, ophthalmology, and oral surgery. The Operating Room is staffed 24/7, and Pre-Op Holding is staffed Monday through Friday with on-call support on weekends.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program and one year of nursing experience in an acute care setting. Current RN licensure permitting work in the State of Arizona and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are also required. Some departments may require advanced life support certification (ACLS and PALS).
