About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Consolidated Asset Management Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance
    • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the successful execution of maintenance tasks
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities
  • Maintenance Planning and Execution
    • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans to ensure the timely completion of tasks
    • Oversee the execution of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades
    • Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
  • Inventory Management and Procurement
    • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available
    • Procure materials and equipment as needed to support maintenance activities
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on maintenance activities and performance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
    • 8-10 years of experience in power plant operations and maintenance, preferably in a combined cycle environment
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
    • Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
    • Experience with gas and steam technologies
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating and energized equipment, hazardous materials, and chemicals. The incumbent must adhere to established policies and procedures and be willing to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
