About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team as a Quality Manager at Bridges Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality care are delivered to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Management Plans: Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management plan to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Quality Metrics: Establish and maintain tracking and monitoring systems to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct Preventive Studies: Design and develop methodologies for preventive care and health care evaluations to assess the quality and utilization of health care services.
  • Coordinate External Programmatic Oversight: Coordinate all external programmatic oversight visits for contracted providers and ensure timely completion and follow-up on corrective action plans.
Requirements
  • Current RN or LPN License: Possess a current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification: Hold up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • EMR Experience: Preferably have experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Long Term Care Experience: Preferably have experience in Long Term Care, Long Term Acute Care, Hospice, or Home Health settings.
