Our expertise encompasses design build/design assist, pre-construction, commissioning, building information modeling, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
  • Interpret and understand wiring diagrams and installation/operation service manuals.
  • Utilize company service software on provided devices for timely documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate responsibility for assigned tasks, including time management and follow-up actions.
  • Adhere to established safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC.
  • Ability to follow outlined scopes of work.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must hold an EPA certification.
  • Proficient in using gauge meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
