Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to a team of healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Develop and implement effective clinical operations strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between care settings.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and healthcare providers to promote Roper St. Francis Healthcare's services and programs.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina or a compact/multi-state license as a Registered Nurse in a recognized NCSBN Compact State.
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in hospice care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
