You will work closely with our skilled clinical team and integrated ancillary support team to deliver high-quality care and ensure patient safety.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and excellence by identifying and reporting safety concerns and participating in root cause analysis.
- Supervise and direct delegated nursing acts commensurate with educational preparation and demonstrated abilities of the person supervised.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Wisconsin Registered Nurse License
- Valid American Heart (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
