We are seeking a self-motivated and people-friendly licensed Audiologist to join our team at ENT And Allergy Associates in Voorhees.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, the ability to effectively counsel patients, and excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

This role offers opportunities for continuous training, coaching, and development, including paid CEU's and access to industry leading resources.

Job Responsibilities
  • Establish rapport with patients, conduct audiometric testing, and make recommendations for hearing aids
  • Diagnostic testing, ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
  • Program hearing aids, fit hearing aids, and assist with adjustments and troubleshooting
  • Maintain documentation and patient files, manage schedules to maximize patient care
  • Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals and objectives
Requirements

A Master's Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred, along with an active and current hearing aid dispensing license.

The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.
