Nail Care Specialist

Arch Amenities Group, a leading spa and leisure firm, is seeking a skilled Nail Care Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional nail care services to guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the highest standards of nail care and customer service.

Perform nail services, including manicures and pedicures, to meet guest expectations.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Assess guest contraindications and provide alternative services when necessary.

Meet guest needs throughout the service.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Stay up-to-date with the latest nail care techniques and products.

Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.

Work assigned schedule and arrive on time.

Report any incidents or accidents to management.

Qualifications:

Valid state license in nail services.

Previous nail technician experience.

Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.

Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move light objects.

The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

This position requires the following abilities: balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, tactile sense, repetitive motions, seeing, hearing, talking, and visual acuity.

The employee will be required to operate the following tools: nippers, files, buffers, cuticle removers, polishes, acetone, foot file, lotions, scrubs, hot cabbie, and paraffin heater.

Work conditions include exposure to fumes, odors, and dust.
