  • Shift Hours:
    7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.

Compensation:
**$37.90 per hour**_Competitive shift differentials for night and weekend shifts_*_
Candidates may submit applications prior to obtaining licensure, but must possess a valid license by the commencement date._
Our Entry Level CNS program provides 12-13 weeks of comprehensive training with a dedicated mentor.

Here, you will attend to chronically and critically ill or post-ICU patients who require extended hospital care. You will be part of a network of over 50,000 employees nationwide who deliver quality care to approximately 70,000 patients daily across our four divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

In collaboration with the physician and your mentor, you will ensure the execution of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the care plan for the patient population.

* Initiating a continuous systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of the patients and their families.

  • Analyzing assessment data and information to formulate a nursing care plan that includes problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, strategies, interventions, short/long term goals, and discharge planning.
  • Contributing as an active member of the interdisciplinary team in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation objectives.
  • Ensuring that documentation in the medical record is complete, factual, accurate, and timely.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid State RN License is mandatory.
  • Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the start date.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required to fulfill program requirements.
