Position Overview

Healthy Living is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Café Jr. Sous Chef to support our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Café Chef in overseeing food production and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented according to established café standards.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment for all kitchen personnel.
  • Act as a liaison between the Café Chef and kitchen staff, keeping everyone informed of operational matters.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service.
Qualifications
  • Culinary degree or significant experience in food preparation and production.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role, with at least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
