Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate complex environmental projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and schedule.
- Provide advanced leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Identify and implement corrective actions to address project deviations and ensure project performance meets expectations.
- Develop and manage project resources, including personnel and budget.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and Laboratory policies are followed.
- Advanced-level experience in project management principles, concepts, and techniques as applied to environmental projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects, including multiple small projects or large-scale initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high degree of autonomy and latitude in determining project objectives and methods.
