We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Summer Coach at KidStrong Raleigh.

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages 4 to 11 years old. We offer a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

**Job Description:**

As a Summer Coach, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for kids to learn and develop new skills. You will lead high-energy classes, assist with daily operations, and provide exceptional customer service to our members and their families.

**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • CPR certified
  • Experience working with kids ages 4-11 in an athletic or coaching environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
