Travel Nurse RN House Supervisor

Nurse First is seeking a skilled House Supervisor to join our team of travel nurses. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that our staff is equipped to provide the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, including training and development opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a House Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff members, patients, and families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner.
