Job Title: Relationship Banker

As a Relationship Banker, you'll play a key role in deepening relationships with clients, providing personalized banking and advice, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Open Accounts and Support Bank Products: Assist clients with opening accounts and introducing them to other bank products and services.
  • Identify Client Needs and Inform/Sell Products: Use your expertise to identify client needs and inform/sell products that meet those needs.
  • Support Teller Line as Needed: Assist the teller line as needed, providing support and ensuring seamless service to clients.
  • Assist with Loan Applications: Help clients with loan applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Assist with Dual Control Vault Responsibilities and Audit Controls: Assist with dual control vault responsibilities and audit controls, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist with On-the-Job Training of New Associates: Provide guidance and support to new associates, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2-5 Years of Experience as a Teller or Universal Banker: 2-5 years of experience as a teller or universal banker is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Background Credit Check: As part of the employment process, you'll need to meet the requirements of a background credit check.
