Role Overview - Premium Auditor:
As a Premium Auditor, you will interact with clients' policyholders, whether in person, virtually, or via phone, typically at the end of the policy term. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive evaluations of business operations, analyzing key financial documents such as payroll, sales, and cost records, and confirming assigned class codes in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Arrange individual meetings with clients for premium audits and gather necessary information.
- Submit audit findings through our web portal and Afirm's proprietary auditing software.
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face consultations.
- Examine payroll and tax documentation of businesses.
- Assess operational practices.
- Comply with client specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must reside in Montgomery.
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
