Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within the scope of licensure, including patient assessment, administration of vaccinations, medications, and treatments.
- Provide patient education and delegate patient care activities to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Facilitate coordination of patient care outside the organization, including medication management, review of diagnostic test results, and follow-up on outside services provided.
- Perform point-of-care testing and document patient care in the electronic health record.
- Triage patients who present with acute symptoms and request medical interpretation services as needed.
- Massachusetts LPN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese preferred
- COVID-19 booster and yearly flu vaccine required
