About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately entering customer orders into our system, and assisting with administrative tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, data entry, and administrative tasks. Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office is also required.

Salary: $17-$18 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email.
  • Enter customer orders into our system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and data entry.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
