We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our brand, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all studio visitors
  • Promote our brand and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our science-based, full-body workout
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
  • Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks with professionalism and efficiency
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
