Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site therapy sessions to employees, addressing a range of mental health concerns and promoting emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with management and HR teams to develop and implement mental health initiatives, ensuring a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans as needed, ensuring the well-being and safety of employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, adhering to Spring Health's policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular clinical team meetings, sharing best practices and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
- Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Michigan (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician.
- Experience with evidence-based modalities of care, including short-term, solution-focused therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to Spring Health's policies and procedures.
- Competitive hourly rate: $65-$110/hr.
