Guest Advocate

We're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, resolving issues, and promoting our services and offerings. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the face of Target, ensuring a welcoming and inspiring experience for our guests.

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with guests, promoting our services and offerings, and educating them on our products and features.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time, maintaining accuracy and quality in all interactions.
• Partner with leaders to de-escalate negative situations and recover the guest shopping experience.
• Support guest services, including order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and helpful attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet guest needs.
• Knowledge of our products and services, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
