Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Night Shift Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education to residents and families.
  • May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
  • Provide adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
