Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Verve Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply carts on a daily basis
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Perform guest turn down service as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Housekeeping Room Attendant in a hotel environment
  • Basic comprehension of the English language to communicate with hotel guests and follow up on requests
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including A.M. and P.M. schedules
