Job Overview - Mixologist
Position Summary
The Mixologist is tasked with delivering exceptional beverage service and crafting high-quality drinks for our esteemed Members and guests. This role is essential in supporting various Club venues and events while collaborating with fellow Employee Partners. The Mixologist is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar, service areas, and storage facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to established protocols for stocking and sanitizing the bar area.
- Execute opening and closing procedures to guarantee the bar is fully prepared at all times.
Essential Qualifications
Required Skills
- Prior experience in bartending is mandatory.
- Comprehensive knowledge of beverage types, including spirits, cocktails, wines, and beers.
- Certification in Alcohol Intervention and Coaching (C.A.R.E) is preferred.
- A genuine enthusiasm for surpassing Member expectations and a dedication to excellence, ensuring the highest quality experience for Members and guests.
