Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at Lyons Unified School District 405.

Job Summary:

The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and academic growth of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes socialization, creativity, and critical thinking

  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and implement innovative strategies to enhance student outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Valid Kansas State Teaching Certificate/License
  • Experience working with young children and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
