Landscaping Foreman

SS Landscaping Services is seeking a skilled Landscaping Foreman to join our construction team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our construction department.

• Review project plans, specifications, and notes to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements.
• Verify site conditions against project plans, specifications, and proposals to ensure accuracy and layout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and homeowners to ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare and maintain various documentation, including extra work tickets, daily reports, safety forms, and time sheets.
• Review and document changes made to irrigation and landscaping on as-built drawings.
• Delegate responsibilities to subordinates to optimize site efficiency.
• Prepare critical paths, forecasts, and schedules for upcoming needs of materials, labor, and equipment.
• Operate heavy equipment as necessary, including excavators, skid steers, and forklifts.
• Plant identification and layout according to plans or instructions.
• Layout, organization, and quality control of irrigation installation.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including twisting, lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Able to work in varying weather conditions.
• English speaking and valid driver's license required.
• 5+ years of experience in landscaping or a related field.

Prevailing Wage: $53.35/hr *Includes fringes

Prevailing Operator: $89.34/hr *Includes fringes

Union Wages: $41.13 *Includes fringes

Private Projects: D.O.E. ($27-$42/hr)
