Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Surgical Nursing Unit. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate bedside manner, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, functioning within the scope of your license.
  • Contribute to the assessment of patients and ensure their well-being throughout their stay with us.
  • Administer medications and observe patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
  • Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans, including self-care after discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within one month of hire date required.
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
  • High School diploma equivalency or one year of cumulative job-specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience if applicable.
