Geriatric Neurospychiatry Care Specialist

McLean Hospital, a world leader in psychiatric care, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with patients requiring geriatric neuropsychiatric care.

Job Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement nursing interventions to address patient care needs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care interventions
- Provide leadership and support to patients and their families
- Maintain a commitment to professional growth and competency
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- No experience required, one year medical/psychiatric experience preferred
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Basic computer skills required for electronic systems

Work EnvironmentThis part-time position is located at McLean Hospital's Main Campus in Belmont, Massachusetts. The standard hours are 24 per week, with rotating shifts. Regular employee status applies.
