Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team at Master Halco. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our contractors, distributors, and retailers.

• Partner with our outside sales team to expand our product offerings and customer base.
• Collect market intelligence from customers to inform our sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
• Process quotes and orders in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Provide ongoing support to customers after sales, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare job order quotations based on customer requests and information.

• High school graduate or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent phone and customer-facing skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Computer literate and proficient in MS applications (EXCEL required).
