About the Role

Wellington International is seeking a skilled Art Restoration Specialist to join our Facilities Maintenance Department. This role reports directly to the Director of Facilities Maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring painting and restoration services.
  • Develop and implement plans for surface preparation, painting, and finishing to meet the facility's aesthetic standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial painting and restoration.
  • High School diploma required, College degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
  • Considerable physical activity, including climbing ladders up to 30-35 feet.
  • Must be capable of lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
