Job Title: Sandblaster

We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team in Minneapolis. As a Sandblaster, you will be responsible for setting up and controlling the operation of shaping, sandblasting, and flame spraying equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate sandblasting equipment to prepare surfaces for coating or finishing.
  • Assist welders and other technicians with surface preparation and finishing tasks.
  • Inspect results to ensure conformance to specifications and work on complex parts requiring exacting tolerances.
  • Use all tools associated with sandblasting, painting, and finishing processes.
Requirements:
  • Hard skills in paint prep, sandblasting, and sanding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with gauges and other equipment.
