About the Job
We are seeking a talented and experienced Eyelash Extension Training Instructor to join our team at the Milan Institute. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, designing engaging lesson plans, and providing guidance and support to students as they develop the necessary skills to succeed in their careers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that meet the needs of our diverse student population.
- Provide expert instruction in eyelash extensions, incorporating the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Supervise and provide hands-on guidance to students during practical sessions.
- Assess student progress through evaluations, examinations, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an esthetician or cosmetology license in good standing is also necessary.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in eyelash extension application is required, preferably in an esthetics education setting.
- Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable, as well as strong knowledge of esthetics principles and practices.
Estimated Salary Range
$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
